The Christmas period can be busy enough without worrying about who's going to feed the animals, check the water, lock up the aviaries or make sure everyone is safe and settled.

EA Pet Care provides professional in-home animal care throughout the Christmas and New Year period, allowing your pets and animals to stay safely in their own home and follow their normal routines while you're away.

From a few household pets to busy multi-animal properties, we'll follow your individual care instructions and provide updates throughout each visit.

Tier 1 - Standard Pet Care

Up to 3 animals 45 minutes per day

Perfect for straightforward household pet care.

Includes:

• Feeding and fresh water

• Toilet breaks and basic exercise

• Cuddles, play and enrichment

• Litter or basic clean-up

• Medication where agreed

• Home security check

• Photos and visit updates

Ideal for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and other small pets with simple routines.

Tier 2 - Multi-Animal Care

4–6 animals 45 minutes per day

Designed for households with multiple pets, multiple species or more involved daily routines.

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus additional time for:

• Multiple feeding routines

• Multiple animal areas

• Poultry and small-animal checks

• Enclosure and area cleaning

• Individual care instructions

• Additional enrichment and exercise

• More detailed property checks

• Photos and visit reports

Tier 3 - Complex Animal Care 60 minutes per day

7+ Animals or complex animal care

For larger households, acreage properties and families with animals spread across multiple areas.

This tier is designed for homes where caring for the animals is a little more involved — whether that's dogs and cats alongside poultry, birds, reptiles, livestock or other animals.

Care may include:

• Multiple animal zones across the property

• Feeding and water checks

• Poultry and livestock checks

• Enclosure and animal-area checks
  

• Detailed visit updates and photos

• Additional time for complex routines

Every property is different, so Tier 3 bookings may be quoted according to the animals, property layout and care required.

Christmas bookings

Christmas and New Year bookings are limited, so we recommend booking early.
