Shipping Policy
We ship Australia Wide with Australian Post.
We are able to use 3rd party couriers if requested directly by client or in a rural area.
Standard delivery within Australia Post is to all Metro Areas 3-5 days, however sometimes this can be delayed, if your package hasn't arrived after 14 days please get into contact with us straight away and we will look into the tracking for you.
Refunds & Exchanges
Exotic Aviaries do not offer refunds for change of mind, as most of our products are large builds they need to be securely paid for prior to commencement of build and installation.
The Food and non custom products on our page do have an exchange period if the incorrect size was ordered or wrong product delivered we will organize an exchange.
Warranty on EAZY Feeders
EAzy Feeders come with a 7 day guarantee, if you do not love your EAzy feeders we will give you your money back as soon as the bowls are shipped back to us, reach out for the return address.
We do not refund for change of mind, and we will not refund for the return shipping, we will refund only if the product is not right for you, if you wish to exchange for an alternative size we can arrange this also.
If you have any damage to your order or any part of your order you are not satisfied with please contact us straight away so we can organize a repair kit or refund/ exchange
Aviary and other Warranty
Our Exotic Aviaries Aviaries do not come with a full warranty, we will cover any damage in transit and discuss recommended cleaning protocols for your aviary to ensure you are getting the most longevity out of your build, however being custom, it is difficult to warrant.
We recommend cleaning and re spraying all welds every 12 months to ensure the best possible lifetime out of the enclosure.

Steel we use
Galvanised Steel
All of our aviaries are made from welded galvanised steel
25 x 25 x 1.6
For any enclosure longer than 2400 we also use a 25 x 50 x 1.6 beam through the Centre of the roof for additional support.
We also have the option to upgrade the frame to
- 25 x 50 x 1.6
- 50 x 50 x 2.0

What product do we use for our enclosed sections?
- Aluminum Composite (ACM)
3mm thick sheeting which acts as an insulation panel, our standard colour is gloss white but offer a range.
What product do we use for our mesh?
Stainless Steel Mesh
Avaliable in many sizes, our most common lines are
- 6.35 x 6.35 x 0.8 (Suitable for finches and small psitticines - commonly called snake and mouse mesh)
- 12.7 x 12.7 x 1.2 (Suitable for small to medium sized parrots)
- 12.7 x 12.7 x 1.6 (Suitable for larger parrots, can be used for most species of macaws and cockatoos)
- 25 x 25 x 3.0 (Suitable for Larger parrots - macaws and cockatoos that are very destructive)
We always offer adding a skirting / rat wall where possible (most pest companies recommend 600H) if snake and mouse mesh is not suitable for the species being housed in the enclosure. This incurs an additional charge and is up to the consumers discretion.
